We offer a free version of the school management software to our clients so you can use the basic features of the software.
Whenever you decide to fully adopt all other features Demiks Admin has to offer, go to the subscription page on the menu and set up your account.
Before setting up your subscription, we recommend double checking your school’s Name and email address on the settings page so you get the right invoice for your payments.
Now it’s time to go ahead and configure the subscription.
On the subscription page, you can see the current status of your subscription. Another panel on the right side of your screen gives you the option to configure your subscription.
By clicking on the configure button, a window pops up where you can choose your subscription plan.
You have the option for “Basic Features” which is the free version of the school management software with limited functionalities but the “Standard” plan gives you the possibility to take advantage of all perks our school administration software has to offer.
The second section is for the monthly payments. Punch in your credit card information and click on the Save button.
Now, as you can see, your subscription plan has changed to the paid plan and the monthly fee is displayed too.
Your credit card is charged for using the software for one month and the same charge appears on your credit card on the same day of every month going forward.
Now that the configuration is done, feel free to check out our guides to take advantage of all the features. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need any help.
You can watch this short video to see the subscription and payment configuration in action.
