Course Management

Course is what you teach and normally you have a title and a price for it. No start dates or teacher names are important at this point. For example “IELTS Prep for advanced students” is a course.

Add a Course

  1. Open the list of courses from Menu > Settings > Courses;
  2. Click on the “Add” button on the top right corner;
  3. Enter a title, price information and other settings;
  4. Click on the “Save” button on the top right corner.

You need to add your courses in order to be able to add them to your invoices. This very same course list could be used in other places. For example, it will be displayed on your website, if you integrate Demiks lead generation with your website.

Edit a Course

To edit a course on Demiks Admin

  1. Open the list of courses from Menu > Settings > Courses;
  2. Click on the course title you want to edit;
  3. Make the modifications;
  4. Click on the “Save” button on the top right corner.

It’s IMPORTANT to make sure that you do not edit a course because you need a new course. You should archive your courses and create new ones if you want to keep the records in your invoices.

If you change a course title, it will change in all your past invoices. If you change a course price, it will affect the future invoices. The price in your past invoices will not change.

Delete a Course

To delete a course on Demiks Admin

  1. Open the list of courses from Menu > Settings > Courses;
  2. Click on the course title you want to delete;
  3. Click on the “Delete” button on the top right corner;
  4. Confirm the delete action.

You can only delete courses that are not being used in any other places. If your school does not offer a course anymore, you can just archive it. This way you keep the past records but you won’t see the course for new registrations anymore.
